David Maman, the company’s founder, has served as Chief Executive Officer since the company’s inception. Prior to founding C13 Investments , Mr. Maman led several international companies including ESI Telecom Ltd, Aerial Ltd , SuperCell Ltd, Motophone Ltd.
with 20+ years’ of experience armed with broad-based background and skills as an entrepreneur, business founder, strategic planning, business development and team building initiatives. Mr Maman displays outstanding ability to plan, coordinate, implement, practices and procedures to bring significant improvements in efficiency, productivity and processes towards the successful attainment of individual and organizational growth.
Mr. Maman holds a B.A degree from the Administrative College of Israel.
For the past 5 years Mr. Maman has been actively investing in real estat in the US and completed over 80 transactionsץ Prior to this Mr. Maman led several international companies including ESI Telecom Ltd, Aerial Ltd , SuperCell Ltd, Motophone Ltd.
