Typically, each project lasts between 12 to 18 months, and is managed through a dedicated legal entity, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Your investment will be held in a separate bank account, providing added security for your funds.
We prioritize transparency; all project costs are shared openly with investors. At the end of the project, we will sell the house and distribute the profits between the investors and the investment fund.
Additionally, you will receive weekly progress updates through our dedicated investors portal, keeping you informed every step of the way.
